- I enjoy exciting challenges... turning dreams into reality, and bringing the next great idea to the world. I create, build and run businesses. In 1982, I founded my first ad agency called Chinnici Direct. In 96 Icon Digital and in 98 M2 Design Group. In 2000, I sold Chinnici Direct, but stayed on as CEO. In 2005 my desire to "change the face of the ad agency" led to... SCUDERIA O2 [Italian for Team Oxygen]. Scuderia O2 was a new kind of animal. A Hybrid of sorts. Part virtual, part not. A cross between the aerodynamic and fuel efficient creative boutiques and the gas-guzzling Goliath's of the “so-called” integrated advertising agencies. Today I run a NEW Digital Social and Viral Marketing Agency called Red Octopus, and loving the exciting world of digital marketing.
